The destination sign says "not in service" :-)... Chicago???  The glow coming off of the train (and everything else) is supposed to represent the energy radiating from any and everything electrical.

TV Commercial for WJZ-TV in Baltimore - 2012

Most of this commercial was filmed at the B&O Transportation Museum in Baltimore MD.  The last picture on the right is the B&O Bollman Truss bridge preserved in Savage to the south of Baltimore.

CSX Railroad TV Commercial - 2012

I believe this is the 2nd or 3rd commercial CSX has put on the airwaves lately.  It is not done in HD.  Since they are pushing how environmentally friendly shipping by train is, they concentrate on pictures of nature, and only two train scenes sneak into the commercial.
